Linkage and the Deloitte Leadership Academy have formed a partnership in 2011. Our first joint program is a One-Day Interactive Forum for C-level executives, general managers and heads of functions. This forum gives attendees an opportunity to learn how to act decisively and to discuss how to thrive despite today’s uncertainties.
The Leading Through Turbulence Forum has three sessions:

20 Conversations @Harvard allows busy executives to gain invaluable cross-learning from other global leaders, and real points of view fitting for C-level executives. Linkage Australia and Linkage, Inc. (USA) have collaborated with Linkage Asia, the primary coordinators of 20 Conversations @Harvard to ensure an international mix of participants and a global exchange of leadership best practices.

In partnership with Finsia, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, Linkage is jointly promoting the second roll-out of the Young Leaders Program. This program has been developed from Linkage’s research on leadership for the emerging leader against a backdrop of work surrounding generational differences between Baby Boomers, Generation X and Y. It is for the young professional who wants to fast track their career and be equipped to tackle tomorrow’s leadership challenges.
The Young Leaders Program consists of:
- A structured 2-day workshop
- A leadership self-assessment and one-on-one feedback
- Support from coaching sessions
- 24 month development process providing continuous learning and access to Linkage/Finsia Young Leaders Alumni
